Every form we use, in one place. Fill them in on the site or print them and bring them to the office. Either way the paperwork moves faster than starting from scratch at the counter.
Most of these forms ask for the same four things.
All seven can be filled in here or printed. The two that involve payment collect the amount only, never the card number, and we call you back to take the card by phone.
It depends on the bond, and the agent will tell you exactly which ones apply to your case. In most situations the defendant completes the Application for Inmate, the person signing completes the Application for Cosigner, and both sign the Rules to Comply and the Total Appearance Bond.
No. Submitting a form on this site sends us the information early so the paperwork is faster when you arrive. The signatures happen on the printed copy, in person with the bonding agent.
No card number, security code or PIN is ever entered on this website. The Total Appearance Bond and the Credit / Debit Card form can both be filled in here, but they collect the amount and who is paying, not the card itself. Once we have those details we call you back and take the card over the phone, or you can pay in person at the office. Never email or text a card number to anyone.
Come to the office at 464 West Third Street and we will hand you the paperwork. Nothing on this page is required before you call us.
Someone answers at every hour. If you are already at the jail, tell us and we will meet you there.
