Rules to Comply With AAA Action Bonding

The seven rules every defendant and cosigner agrees to. Check in every two weeks.

Step one of the process · you still sign in person

Two ways to do this

Either works. Pick whichever is easier.

Option 1 Download the PDF Print it, fill it in by hand, bring it to the office or fax 770-775-0659.
Option 2 Fill it in on this page Sends your details to the office. It does not finish the bond, you still sign in person.

These are the conditions of the bond on our side. The one people most often miss is the first: you must check in with the office every two weeks, and tell us when a phone number, address or job changes.

  1. You must contact our office at 770-775-3876 or 770-560-1330 every two weeks to check in, and when making changes to your phone number, address, employment, etc.
  2. Giving any false information will result in re-incarceration.
  3. Co-signers are totally liable for all cost when the person out on bond does not show up for court dates. This means the full amount of the bond, as well as attorney's fees, court costs, and any expenses returning the client to jail.
  4. Arrest on any other charge could result in revocation of the bond.
  5. No bond fee will be refunded.
  6. The bondsman has the right to make a home visit anytime it is felt necessary and has the right to make entry into the home, if needed, and cannot be held responsible for any damage done to the home.
  7. Should you be asked to pay full cash security or the full amount of the bond in check form, the security will be refunded upon settlement of the case. You must fax (770-775-0659) or mail the final disposition proving the case has been settled, and provide proper ID proving you are the person who secured the bond. The security will only be given to the person who secured the bond.

Submitting this form does not finish the bond

This sends your information to the office early so the paperwork is quicker. It is the first step, not the last one. Nobody is released on the strength of a web form.

  1. Send this form. It arrives at the office straight away.
  2. We call you back. We confirm the bond amount and tell you the fee before you commit to anything.
  3. Sign the printed copy in person. Your signature on paper, with the bonding agent, is what makes it binding.

In a hurry? Skip all of this and call 770-560-1330. The phone is always faster than a form.

Anything else

This does not finish the bond. Submitting is not a signature. We will call you back, and you sign the printed copy in person with the bonding agent. If anything is urgent, call 770-560-1330.
